Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your Retrolens camera if you change your mind. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the camera must be in 'as new' condition, including original cable, manual, packaging, and box.

You can also initiate a self-service return by logging into your account here.

Important Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

Returns must be received within 14 days from return request or your return will be cancelled.

Warranty

Your Retrolens camera comes with a 2-year warranty. If there’s a functional issue, we’ll check if it qualifies for a replacement and cover the return shipping.

To claim your warranty, contact us at hello@retrolenscamera.com with a photo of the issue (if possible), or contact us.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, theft, or loss.
  • Issues caused by tampering or third-party accessories.
  • Use that doesn’t follow the product’s instructions.
